Technostress is an emerging phenomenon in workplace environments that has gained relevance due to its implications for workers' mental health and well-being. Despite recent attention, there still remain gaps in the literature, particularly in bibliometric studies analyzing its intellectual structure and research trends. This article conducts a bibliometric analysis of technostress using Scopus and Web of Science databases to identify key topics and perspectives in academic production. A methodology combining scientific mapping and narrative analysis is employed, utilizing the Tree of Science algorithm to map relevant authors, institutions, and sources. Findings indicate a significant increase in bibliographic production since 2019 and underscore the need to investigate emerging topics related to technostress in educational and workplace contexts. Practical implications include identifying critical areas for future research and strategies to mitigate the negative effects of technostress on employees.
