This research was developed, focused on proposing strategies that promote the transformation of the business model for a BIC footwear company to a circular model that allows the creation of economic, social and environmental value. For this, a circularity diagnosis was carried out through two checklists-qualification, with which internal aspects were analyzed and at the same time an anticipation of external aspects was made with a PESTAL analysis; which were expressed in positive terms as factors of change. Subsequently, using the MICMAC software and the change factors, a structural analysis was made in order to identify the most influential strategic variables to promote the company's transition to a circular economic model. Finally, with the strategic variables, an action plan was formulated with nine strategies, describing the actions, implementation time, resources, and people responsible for their execution.
