Resiliencia en Cadenas de Suministro Agroindustriales: Una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

Resumen

Este artículo proporciona una descripción detallada de las principales estrategias resilientes aplicables a cadenas de suministro o SCRes, y los eventos de riesgo que pueden minar el desempeño de cadenas de suministro agroindustriales o CSA. Para este propósito, fue seleccionado el enfoque de revisión sistemática de la literatura o RSL, a través del cual fueron examinados un total de 109 documentos de la plataforma digital de Scopus®, incluyendo artículos y libros científicos en idioma inglés. Como producto de este análisis, se logró la caracterización de 37 estrategias resilientes y 10 tipos principales de riesgo. Los resultados encontrados señalan que las estrategias resilientes de mayor efectividad en la reducción del impacto de riesgos en CSA son la estrategia intensiva en tecnología y la estrategia de reingeniería, respectivamente. Hasta donde alcanza el conocimiento de los autores, este es el primer trabajo en su tipo en establecer la relación entre tipos de riesgo y estrategias para SCRes en CSA.
