Abstract

This article provides a detailed description of the main resilient strategies applicable to supply chains or SCRes, and the risk events that can undermine the performance of agro-industrial supply chains or CSAs. For this purpose, the systematic literature review or SLR approach was selected, through which a total of 109 documents from the Scopus® digital platform were examined, among scientific articles and books in English. As a result of this analysis, 37 resilient strategies and 10 main types of risk were properly characterized. The results found indicate that the most effective resilient strategies in reducing the impact of risks in CSA are the technology-intensive strategy and the reengineering strategy, respectively. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first work of its kind to establish the relationship between types of risk and strategies for SCRes in CSA.
