Development of this initiative is intended to substantiate their own arguments and categories of political philosophy, the genesis, structure, and development of human rights from one of the authors who have occupied much of the reflections in the current debate, such as Jürgen Habermas.
There are several ways to support the existence of Human Rights, which means that ere are several ways to support the existence of Human Rights, which means thatdepending on the concept we have of them, there is a theoretical underpinning that justifies their existence. Habermas believes that the rights arise as a result of deliberativeprocesses that participants through dialogical relations in the public, raise a range ofpositivization they have considered in advance, highly desirable.
