Proposal of a model of labor inclusion for people with disabilities

Objective: To determine an inclusion model for the employment relationship of people with disabilities (PCD).
Methods: Descriptive and proactive design, in which the literature review of 50 scientific articles was combined. For the analysis of the collected articles, a matrix was designed that systematically obtained the models used in each of them through the Focus, Appreciate and Propose methodology. Finally, determinants of the models were acquired, elements present in most of the articles reviewed and that should be in the proposed model and requirements, elements that must be present but that may vary depending on the disability of the population that is desired to link labor.
Results: Proposal of a labor inclusion model for PCD.
Conclusions: The labor inclusion of PCD has been working with purely vertical models without taking into account cross-cutting elements such as the accompaniment that must be done from the beginning of the inclusion and with continuous follow-up to ensure the good result of the link, in addition it is very important the participation of the family and the recognition of the social environment.
