The current situation demands significant challenges for the University, since it shows the importance of educational institutions, which are fundamental for society in responding to the problems felt, such as those originated by the pandemic, those of economic order and social trust. Thus, the University manifests itself not only as a physical space, but in a broader concept where members of the academic community interact with the nuclear actors of society to provide adequate responses to regional and national problems. There is a demand for employment opportunities, more and better quality education and it is here where the articulation of the state, the university and the company is essential.
