Abstract

This article presents the results of a theoretical investigation and case study which aims to identify the relationship between the processes of Human Resources and Organizational Strategy. From the theoretical exploration, a grouping of human management processes is proposed, with the main axis what happens to humans at that stage and establishing how each process can contribute to meeting organizational strategy. The second part consists of a case study, the description and analysis of each of the processes of human resource management in a multinational manufacturing is performed and establishes what contribution from each process of human management, compliance with organizational strategy. The research is exploratory and descriptive and in this particular case, a close relationship between the proper development of human resource management processes and compliance with organizational strategy is evident.
