Abstract

The goal of the document is to present how to articulate a new model of human development since the territorial strategy educating city. It is hoped that “the city in partnership with the university” are the starting point for developing principles-based economies, and for men. The support of others will be relevant to the structuring of courses, programs, seminars, research. Interaction-State University (in the case, the local level) is basic for mutual learning, creating innovative processes and the necessary synergies to create a network that includes both public and private sectors at national and international levels. This will be structured analytically (in a symbiosis of knowledge and technique) to give preference to men rather than economic purposes
