Abstract

It presents he development of applied research in the field educational theory supported by processes in communication, which allows the improvement of teaching strategies in the higher professional technical or tertiary level in education, considering the use of recognition patterns for the capture of emotions through the facial reactions of people, through artificial vision devices or cameras in the classroom, framed in biometric techniques. This process allows the capture of mood and disposition data; of qualitative aspect, before a style of didactics on the part of the students and with whose analysis it is possible to gather information that allows to adjust the processes of teaching and learning in the tertiary level of education, to improve its quality and impact in learning. The publication exposes the problem statement, the theoretical framework and the development objectives and methodologies for applied research, considering the tool for the implementation of the pilot or prototype of recognition and conclusions.
