Inversión Sostenible en Economías Emergentes: Una revisión sistemática de Literatura

Resumen

Este estudio examina la evolución y los desafíos de la inversión sostenible en mercados emergentes, centrado en la integración de principios de sostenibilidad, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG). A través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura en Scopus, siguiendo el método PRISMA, se analizan las investigaciones más relevantes de la última década. El estudio resalta la necesidad de actualizar las metodologías de evaluación de inversión socialmente responsable (ISR) y de mejorar la integración de prácticas ecológicas en la planificación urbana y el sector financiero. También se aborda la importancia de fortalecer la educación financiera y se investiga el papel de nuevos instrumentos financieros sostenibles, la influencia de la gobernanza corporativa y el impacto de la inversión sostenible en el desempeño financiero y el desarrollo económico. El objetivo es proporcionar una visión integral que mejore la efectividad de las inversiones sostenibles y promueva un desarrollo económico inclusivo y ambientalmente responsable en mercados emergentes.
