The design and implementation of a pilot project with students from Degree with Emphasis in Natural Sciences served as a reference to determine the feasibility of developing bilingual classes for emphasis Natural Science of Bachelor Basic Education program at the Universidad Libre Sectional Socorro. For this, we made use of the pedagogical approach CLIL in planning classes multiple times in English. The implemented methodology is under a mixed approach, a participatory research design and descriptive inductive-deductive method. Their application of which was obtained as a result a favorable response in terms of understanding the issues related to biochemistry. The use of a second language needs to take into account factors such as the clarity of the instructions, the preparation of a review of the vocabulary and grammatical structures to communicate their knowledge will properly. Collaborative work and time management in the planning of activities is essential for appropriate learning processes.
