The necessity to use new educational resources dueto the implementation of new technologies in theeducation forces unavoidably to have so much toolsof hardware like of software to generate these newdevelopments, however, it is not a simple necessity ofgenerating contents, it is necessary to keep in mindaspects of diverse nature that they go of the technicalthing until the ethical thing, to know that software ofuse public exists with which they can be carried outthis means it can be a good starting point to combatthe software monopoly and improve the educationaldevelopment that is where they should be centeredmost of the efforts.
