Genesis of Legal Thought in Mythological Literature

Abstract

The objective of this article is to begin with the identification of existing connections between the myth and the Law, once described the relation between the Law and the Literature as presented in the first article of the research attached to the project Criminal Law and Literature within the line of investigation Criminal Law and Reality of the Law School of Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino.

This is presenting the multiple points of contact between the two sections, and then, arriving at the conclusions drawn from such relationship, understanding the myth as the oldest form of advent of literacy thought in its enclaves with Criminal Law, especially when indicating to primitive man an option of behavior which is appropriate to the expectations of these early human societies.
