The work highlights the lack of ethics in research development, finding how some researchers have a habit of performing the process just for the money they can get, it sometimes makes you fall in haste or temptation to rig the results, to please the funder. They can also be stimulated by the desire for prestige, for current or future relationships, which make research a showcase, not a real contribution to knowledge management both locally and nationally. It was also evident that some of the research projects or plans are made to borrow funds, or at least carefully try to do so. This practice is widespread, such behavior is detrimental to research and society, making local problems remain unsolved and even worse, without suffering. Literature survey about the themes were associated with the study and interviews with collaborators and researchers in Knowledge Intensive Organizations regionally. These techniques provide information for a detailed analysis of the subject matter, in order to establish the common factors that characterize them, providing elements to properly manage this type of organization.
