Pacifism: a step toward the humanization of education in the Universidad Libre School

This article presents an action plan for coexistence that aims to generate an impact on one of the problems that has become present in a blunt way in society and the educational system, and makes reference to school violence, in a systemic and structured way, beginning with an introduction to the problem of coexistence and school violence, proposing clear objectives that permit us to find a solution for students in fourth grade at Colegio del Bachillerato de la Universidad Libre by means of a clear methodology of action, a theoretical foundation that addresses the categories of humanization, education, humanistic pedagogy, Violence and No Violence, demonstrating results and conclusions in light of the application of the plan of action.
