PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INVERTED LEARNING BY TEACHERS IN LANGUAGE TRAINING TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY

Abstract

The proposal presented below has as object of study the implementation of flipped learning as a pedagogical approach to promote educational quality, from teachers in language training at the Universidad Libre, to project it to public educational institutions in Colombia where it is performs pedagogical practice. This proposal will be carried out from a qualitative research, with a descriptive approach, carrying out a description and analysis of the different situations presented in school settings, specifically elementary school, from observation records, surveys and interviews, in relation to the bibliographic review of some theories of teaching and didactics of English in teacher training. The intervention and development of the project will be developed with undergraduate students in Spanish and foreign languages ​​from the Universidad Libre and a District Educational Institution, both located in the city of Bogota, Colombia. Finally, the determining factors that will arise from the development of this project will be mentioned, considering them important to investigate in other scenarios, to project them to different regions of the country.
