This article aims to identify the material aspects that impact Corporate Social Responsibility in a pharmaceutical company in Barranquilla, Colombia. Through a case study, it seeks to establish a framework to guide the implementation of practical, relevant, and beneficial CSR practices for the company and the community. A mixed methodology combines qualitative and quantitative tools for data collection and analysis. The study is divided into four stages: identification of stakeholders, prioritization of aspects relevant to Corporate Social Responsibility, strengthening of sustainable management, and alignment of corporate strategy with the pillars of sustainability. The results allow the design of a program focused on climate change, community, and waste management, aiming to contribute to sustainable development and strengthen business competitiveness in a highly demanding environment.
