Abstract

The labor market is where entrepreneur and employees exchange labor services. Entrepreneurs are who decide to hire or not worker services, setting the labor demand, while workers are who offer their services. The relationship between both is what determines wages to pay, guaranteeing certain rights and freedoms to the employee. Therefore, this paper analyzes and details the current labor market developments of the 27’s European Union, influenced by the economic crisis and the analysis of the variables that make up and influence their behavior. Likewise, it is propounded a theoretical analysis of the behavior of industrial migration and intracommuity movements and the elements that cause it. As well, analyze and summarize microeconomic and macroeconomic situation of 27’s European Union, the employment trends, the only European market and social policies related to social rights of employees and companies.
