La satisfacción laboral (SL): un estudio correlacional en la Universidad de los Llanos

El presente estudio propone una nueva perspectiva del concepto de satisfacción laboral en el contexto regional y nacional, especialmente en el sector público, donde su investigación ha sido limitada. La investigación se llevó a cabo en la Universidad de los Llanos, en el marco de la Maestría en Administración de Negocios, con participación de los autores, uno de los cuales se desempeña como jefe de la División de Bienestar Universitario.
El estudio incluye una discusión teórica sobre la evolución y los alcances del concepto, proponiendo elementos epistémicos para su aplicación en el ámbito laboral. Se concluye que las entidades estatales están comenzando a incorporar la satisfacción laboral en sus políticas de desarrollo y bienestar, reconociendo nuevas prácticas que favorecen la adaptabilidad de los trabajadores en el entorno organizacional del Estado colombiano.
