Resource transfers and their relationship with territorial development in Colombia

With the Political Constitution of 1991 has achieved the advance in the administrative decentralization of the country, increasingly avoiding the absurd centralism that governed us with the Magna Carta of 1886. However in tax matters, with transfers, it is aimed more at a System of a central character than a decentralized one. Likewise, the development of the regions in Colombia is inextricably linked to the economic policy that the Colombian State has to stimulate its development. From this perspective, it is intended to show the reader, within the various factors that influence regional development in Colombia, the impact of the legal evolution, through legislative acts, that the transfers have had in the territorial development of the different regions of the country.
