Abstract

The origin of the family is as questioned and ancient as the very origin of humanity, and is so linked to man and his essence that cannot be separated from its most remote history, it is not vain to say that it is the social institution of greatest historical and legal transcendence that has existed throughout the different stages of civilization.  This article presents the socio-historical evolution of this form of family constitution that has been discriminated against due to its unequal regulation against the regulations that regulate other sources of family origin in the world.
