Fiscal Sustainability in The Average Premium with Defined Benefits in Constitutional Jurisprudence

The Colombian system of social security, has undergone many changes since its implementation taking it from the simple conception of the solution of the contingencies of life, to take her humanization through the tools created to guarantee them, however, in an effort to protect those rights to constitutional status elevated from 1991, decisions have generated the highest constitutional body that often impact the stability of the regime of Media premium rights as recognized by expanding the target population benefits.
