Higher education and state responsibility

Abstract

Th e commitment assumed by the higher education with the Colombian State materialized through University quality training, holistic, intercultural, contextual, interdisciplinary, creative, recreational and dynamic, is therefore that it is necessary to explore and build science, innovation and technology, knowing that they constitute one of the fundamental bases of the cultural evolution of the society. In this sense develops scientifi c and technological knowledge to give conclusive answers, sound and tailored to the laws of social, cultural, economic, scientifi c, moral and legal, solving situations, events, problems, confl icts and controversies of interpersonal relationships or those generated by natural phenomena and human collectives
