Legislative harmonization within the framework of the CAN

Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to evidence the importance of legislative harmonization within the framework of integration processes; and, especially in the Andean integration process. For this purpose, the legal nature of the legislative harmonization processes and the main budgets will be analyzed so that the legislative harmonization projects fulfill the purposes for which they were created.
