The essay I present here addresses some of Jean-Paul Sartre’s most relevant considerations related to Marxist thought. For the French author, this current of thought is presented as a philosophy of revolution that aims to recover the central aspects of subjectivity linked to the development of human beings, in contrast to the schematism of various types that have sought to exhaust life in some. incorrect materialistic aspects. What we are trying to do here is to point out that Sartre’s philosophy defends a position open to human possibilities in terms of the situation of each being. The articulation between his existentialist motivations and Marxism is the starting point for overcoming the problem.
