Música clásica vs instrumental colombiana: Una comparación de sus efectos sobre el estrés en estudiantes universitarios de Colombia al presentar un examen académico

Resumo

Este artículo presenta un estudio experimental de caso sobre el impacto de la música al presentar evaluaciones académicas en una universidad pública de Colombia. Esta investigación analiza la reducción del estrés en grupos estudiantiles de francés básico pertenecientes al programa Explora, comparando las percepciones en relación a sus niveles de tensión luego de haber sido expuestos a música clásica e instrumental colombiana. Los hallazgos revelaron una indiscutible influencia de la música en el grado de estrés del alumnado. Así, los ritmos instrumentales colombianos resultaron ser una herramienta con beneficios mucho más impactantes de lo esperado
