Abstract

The research project is being carried out by students of civil engineering and specialization of Environmental Management of the Universidad Libre and Water Resources Specialization Universidad Catolica de Colombia, is part of the Research Project in Water Resources Management in the River Frio Sub-basin of the Group of TECNOAMBIENTAL RESEARCH l The methodology developed is the collection of information, statistical analysis of the data of precipitation temperature, flows in the Sub-basin, and the results that will be presented in this stage of the project, is the Isoyetas map, Thiessen polygons, 10, 25, 50 and 100 years analyzed by the HYFA and SMADA programs, and analysis of flood levels of designed and constructed hydraulic using the HEC - RAS model, presentation works and subsequent study of probability of flood.
