Gestión de metodologías para la preparación técnico-táctica ofensiva en futbolistas de formación deportiva

Introducción: el desarrollo de competencias técnico-tácticas ofensivas en futbolistas de iniciación exige metodologías propias, capaces de conciliar los objetivos formativos con los resultados deportivos. En las Escuelas de Iniciación Deportiva Escolar el reto es mayor por la heterogeneidad de niveles, el tiempo limitado de entrenamiento y la necesidad de unir la técnica con la comprensión táctica del juego.
Objetivo: el objetivo fue diagnosticar los enfoques metodológicos que se emplean en la preparación técnico-táctica ofensiva de futbolistas de 13 a 15 años de una Escuelas de Iniciación Deportiva Escolar a fin de identificar los factores críticos asociados a su desarrollo y proponer un modelo metodológico específico.
Metodología: el alcance es descriptivo y se limita a un estudio de caso en una sola escuela de Guantánamo, Cuba. La investigación fue de enfoque mixto y de tipo descriptivo-propositivo, con 25 futbolistas de la categoría escolar, 3 entrenadores y 1 director técnico. Durante seis meses se observaron 48 sesiones de entrenamiento, se aplicó un cuestionario a los futbolistas y se entrevistó al cuerpo técnico.
Resultados: el 58,33% de las sesiones siguió metodologías tradicionales y el 41,67% enfoques integrados. La satisfacción fue mayor en las sesiones integradas (M = 4,30) que en las tradicionales (M = 3,70; p < 0,01). Por otra parte, el 88,00% de los futbolistas percibió mejoras técnicas, frente al 72,00% que percibió mejoras tácticas. Se identificaron tres factores críticos: la planificación sistemática, la formación especializada del cuerpo técnico y el uso de metodologías integradas basadas en el juego.
Conclusiones: los hallazgos indican que gestionar bien el entrenamiento en las Escuelas de Iniciación Deportiva Escolar requiere articular esos tres factores, y sobre esa base se propone un modelo de cuatro componentes: planificación estratégica, metodología de enseñanza, gestión de recursos y evaluación. Al tratarse de un caso único y de un diseño descriptivo, los resultados no permiten establecer relaciones causales.
