This research study aims to analyze the risks to which informal vendors in the sanitary sector of the city of Cartagena are exposed, taking as a reference the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45 of 2012 where we will analyze the socioeconomic conditions, the epidemiological status these vendors currently have and the exposure risks to which they are exposed due to the economic activity they carry out informally. The results obtained from the application of the instrument showed that the social stratum of these people is between zero, one and two, performing work between 10 and more than 12 hours a day, in order to survive, thus identifying the risks to which they are exposed and only 63% are protected by the subsidized regime, while 37% are not protected by any coverage.
