Schumpeterian aspects of innovation

Income redistribution and economic dynamism of a country is based on business competitiveness and entrepreneurship of its people. Is an entrepreneur and sole proprietor detects exploits business opportunities through small and medium enterprises in the capital normally participates , conducts an arbitration or simply “ sell the idea “ has a talent profile , continually endeavoring new alternatives. Given the outcome of this economic activity, social, financial and moral change in the life of an entrepreneur and businessman, visionary in the economic world is generated. The Schumpeterian entrepreneur is associated with a profile of initiative, vision, imagination and emotions (Goss, 2005). Hence breaking the traditional schemes, dogmatisms and plunges leadership skills to make a transformation in the organization (Schumpeter, 1934). This process of transformation in the Schumpeterian theory is attractive to modern organizations applications in the world today, but what are the pillars that make the process of creative destruction is imminent in new businesses? Although the initiation of this investigation, it is not intended to describe all sure pillars supporting some form of opportunities to approach the issues raised as Schumpeter business revolution. But if you leave obvious the main pillars leading to apply creative destruction as a strategic weapon in the business units. Finally transformational changes that promot an advantage to other organizations and enjoys an extra benefit, the product of a continuously innovative culture, to meet the challenges of the postmodern world stage are achieved.
