PEER EVALUATION
Each of the received articles is submitted to an evaluation process that includes the revision and selection of them. (Revisar español)
- The study and initial selection of the manuscripts is in charge of the Editorial Committee, which accepts or rejects the originals, attending to the scientific quality, in agreement with the Journal’s own topics and the results’ temporary effect.
- The Editorial Committee may request modifications and make the recommendations they consider necessary to adjust the document to the Journal’s indications.
- The evaluation process is “double blind” type by two academic peers external to the filiation of the authors; who will emit a concept that can be: approved without changes, approved bound to minor changes and no new evaluation is required, approved bound to major changes and a new evaluation is required; and rejected, non-publishable on the Journal. In the case of controversies derived from the concept, these will be resolved initially by the Editor, or second or third evaluations can be solicited if necessary, by the academic peers.
- The evaluation will be informed to the author of the article via e-mail, with the purpose of fulfilling the necessary adjustments, pointed out by the evaluators.
- Further to the previous, after the article is sent again with the executed corrections, the Journal will verify the fulfillment of the suggestions made by the evaluators and will analyses the justification for those that were not considered.
