Theory of unpleasant symptoms for nursing care in nausea and vomiting in children with chemotherapy

Náuseas e vômitos são sensações desagradáveis que geram desânimo e impotência na criança e em seus cuidadores. O enfermeiro que presta o cuidado deve ser capaz de integrar o conhecimento à prática, a fim de reduzir esses sintomas desagradáveis na esfera biológica, psicológica e social. O objetivo da revisão temática é apresentar a relação com a teoria dos sintomas desagradáveis no planejamento do cuidado em náuseas e vômitos no paciente pediátrico com diagnóstico oncológico em tratamento com quimioterapia. uma pesquisa da literatura relacionada com náuseas e vómitos sintoma tão desagradável em pacientes pediátricos com diagnóstico oncológico em bancos de dados como Scielo, Lilacs, ProQuest, PubMed, de duração indeterminada, Inglês, Espanhol e Português, foi realizada os termos: sintomas desagradáveis, náuseas e vômitos, oncologia, oncologia pediátrica. Náuseas e vômitos são sintomas desagradáveis que ocorrem com freqüência em pacientes pediátricos submetidos a quimioterapia muitas vezes tratadas com medicamentos antieméticos para prevenir ou reduzir este efeito incapacitante, no entanto, estes sintomas podem ser resolvidos com a teoria dos sintomas Desagradável, avaliando fatores físicos, psicológicos, situacionais que facilitam o planejamento e a intervenção efetiva do cuidado de enfermagem no manejo de pacientes oncológicos. A inter-relação teoria-prática permite a utilização da avaliação de enfermagem em pacientes pediátricos com diagnóstico oncológico, tendo a proposta teórica de sintomas desagradáveis para o controle de náuseas e vômitos.
