Abstract

The world legal news is diverse, which has been necessarily influenced by social events such as the appearance of the COVID-19 pandemic, the boom in the use of New Information Technologies and ICT Communication, as well as by legal acts that respond to the behavior of man in society and that, necessarily, have repercussions in the field of justice, it is evident that society has been affected by these phenomena, generating a great impact that necessarily affects the law and each one of its institutions, regardless of the branch of legal science to which they belong.
