Characterization of the informal semi-seasonal vendors, located in the surroundings of the metropolitan stadium of the Barranquilla district, as a contribution to the 1988 law of August 2, 2019

The objective of this article is to identify the socio-economic characteristics and basic needs in social security, education of informal semi-stationary vendors that are located around the Metropolitan Stadium of the District of Barranquilla. The methodology used is based on an empirical analytical paradigm with a quantitative approach. The technique used is the survey that evaluates the socio-demographic characteristics, the activity of informal sales, credit and labor expectations. The results obtained are based on the answers given by the intervention population. In conclusion, it was possible to determine in this population the lack of social security, poor education, lack of technical education and finally the difficulty of accessing low interest loans.
