Abstract

The aim in this article, an approach to the theory of principles from the review of two great exponents of neoconstitutionalism, the teachers and Gustavo Zagrebelsky Robert Alexy, specifically by an approach to the similarities and differences raised by these, in their theoretical approaches. It must be recognized from the outset that the authors mentioned, have been considered by several authors as exponents of neoconstitutionalism, which is set in the first match between the two authors, and the main objective of this article as it is, the evidence the reader the similarities and differences between their theories so that as we move forward in this comparison the strength of the theoretical constructs of each appreciate, to by way of advance reader I judged which of the two authors will be possibly chosen by history as the head of this stream called neoconstitutionalism.
