As for the mechanisms of peaceful conflict resolution, remember that if this outlawed war as a means of dispute resolution, “because the states must refrain from resorting to the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state”, is also provided that “States settle their international disputes by peaceful means so as not to endanger or international peace and security and justice” under article 2 paragraph 3 of the United Nations Charter. On the background of the dispute settlement mechanisms, history shows us how to steer the settlement of disputes or disputes between nations gotten through war. Peaceful settlement as customary practice of states agrees progressively as the war as a sanction of traditional international law, has been banned. Are classified conflict resolution mechanisms in: Political or Diplomatic, under the jurisdiction and within international agencies. It discusses some rules of the Statute of the International Court of Justice and the Pact of Bogotá and concludes that they are jus cogens norms under International Law, will eventually come to the conclusions related to the constitutional claim of the Pact of Bogotá, 1948.
