Latin american integration and protection of fundamental rights: progress and challenges

Abstract

The natural scenery of man is the entire globe. This fact leads to the need to establish lasting bonds that allow them to live on the planet as it is not prohibited or limited by this opportunity to live in dignity in all the earth. He lives in a country, but it is part of the planet. The integration of nation states is a necessity. The nations that place barriers and walls on the borders, do something other than attacking human nature. The task of every statesman and intellectuals should be to make national borders meeting and integration points for the people of the nations. The borders join people together. This is the nature of borders. This binding scenario facilitates the struggle for the protection of human rights. Integrate nations is to fight against discrimination and the realization of the fundamental rights of people. This work is part of the prospect of integration as a political instrument for the protection of fundamental rights. This article provides a case for Latin American integration. This integration has to be backed by politicians and statesmen and intellectuals have the duty and responsibility of working in this direction for the protection of fundamental rights.
