Freedom of association and collective rights of the field constitutionalism

Abstract

The collective labor law in Colombia consists of the right of association (association), the right to collective bargaining and the right to strike, which form a tripod on which is founded the first. Thus developed the analysis of treatment that the Constitutional Court has given, domestically and internationally, the right of association, in the way she has classified for better understanding. Thus, in this scientific paper studies the collective agreement from the constitutionalization considering first, value and right in international law work, as is freedom thus allowing try to show in context guarantees, anthropocentric and participatory vicissitudes today addresses this in the consolidation of the rule of law. This passed the constitutional legal concept called block which claims to have the right connectedness between internal and external to the defense of freedoms or better rights and fundamental guarantees for the case of dependent labor legal relations.
