Legal research, appropriation and the social construction of knowledge generated relations that should be analyzed from different areas and joints, since it is not possible to focus exclusively on performance indicators raised in institutional documents and guidelines for evaluation and recognition of production. Specifically, the social study on the ownership and social construction of knowledge and its relationship with the legal investigation shall, from its location in the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation, show the contribution from the interaction with social groups, their ways interpretation and reflective practices.
In research terms, the legal knowledge has been convened in this area in order to regulate processes and the interest of protecting the rights arising from this. It is precisely the active participation of different subjects which allows the right as proposals to hear cases, problems and analysis of particular situations that have not had legal treatment within the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation and master documents that gather information and research groups in Colombia.
