Identification of the Political Elements of the Censure Motion in Colombia that Must be Regulated within the Framework of the Political Constitution of 1991

This article analyzes the censure motion and identifies political elements that adhere to the figure. However, these elements must be regulated within the Political Constitution of 1991 with a modification to number 9 of article 135 of the mentioned Political Letter. These political elements were identified within the violation of minorities' political rights against the governing group through the constitutional interpretation of concretization. This interpretation allows the use of real elements to solve a legal problem that cannot be settled solely by the Constitution's rules.
