Editorial Policy

The Journal of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Free University - Cali-, Criterio Libre Jurídico, constitutes the main academic academic organ of generation and dissemination of knowledge of the Faculty.

It is a biannual publication whose mission is to contribute to the debate of ideas around the disciplines of law, political and social sciences, in which not only researchers, teachers and students of the Faculty itself publish results of research and reflection, but also researchers from the region, the country and the international scope, after selection of the Editorial Committee and approval by the external referees of the Journal.

Target audiences

It is addressed to jurists, researchers, lawyers, philosophers, sociologists, historians, political scientists and, in general, to scholars of these matters both at home and abroad.
