Legislación dirigida a la protección animal en colombia

Abstract

We analyzed the application of the regulation concerning to animal protection in Colombia, comparing with international law and from other countries, we also analyzed the degree of applicability of the legal rules that are promulgated to regulate the protection for those who can not defend themselves and claim their own rights, which is the animal. To develop this research we used internet resources and local newspapers through which we could identify failures in the law enforcement of existing legislation on the subject.
