Púrpura de Henoch Schönlein y adenocarcinoma de pulmón: a propósito de un caso

Presentamos el caso de un hombre de 72 años con diagnóstico inicial de adenocarcinoma de pulmón tratado quirúrgicamente con lobectomía pulmonar derecha, quien consulta con cuadro de dolor abdominal, rash, y diarrea. Se realizan paraclínicos entre los cuales se evidencia sangre oculta en materia fecal positivo, uroanálisis con hematuria, biopsia mostro una vasculitis leucocitoclástica, con inmunofluorescencia directa, negativa para IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 y C19. Recibió manejo con corticoesteroide oral, presentando resolución del cuadro clínico.
