Secuestro pulmonar en embarazo gemelar monocorial-biamniótico

El secuestro broncopulmonar (SBP) es una patología asociada a masa congénita de parénquima pulmonar no funcional, separado del árbol tráqueobronquial y alimentado por una arteria sistémica separada, suministro arterial originado típicamente a partir de la aorta descendente y ocasionalmente desde la intercostal, celiaca o arterias esplénicas, con drenaje verboso a través de las venas ácigos o la vena cava inferior y venas pulmonares. En este reporte de caso se describe la presentación de dicha patología en embarazo gemelar monocorial-biamniotico, con hallazgo incidental de Imagen hipoecoica supradiafragmática derecha, única de diferente densidad del pulmón del feto número 2, presentación de la enfermedad, epidemiologia, anatomía y seguimiento imagenlógico, describiendo posibles complicaciones y gold standar del diagnóstico, para determinar el compromiso vascular, la arquitectura de la vasculatura y el enfoque terapéutico. El objetivo de este reporte es realizar una revisión de literatura de las principales características del secuestro pulmonar y correlacionar con los hallazgos encontrados en el presente.Descargas
