Desempleo en la mujer y pobreza: Una revisión bibliométrica

Este Estudio pretende abordar el desempleo en la mujer y los diferentes problemas relacionados con la pobreza, la limitación de oportunidades laborales, la educación, las brechas salariales de género, y los obstáculos para lograr la igualdad laboral. La dependencia económica y la baja inclusión financiera en países menos desarrollados dificultan el acceso a un empleo digno. El presente estudio se lleva a cabo, mediante un estudio de métricas bibliográficas y una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura respecto al desempleo en la mujer y pobreza realizando una búsqueda en scopus entre el 2000-2023. Esta exploración permitió observar los efectos negativos que ocasionan la falta de oportunidad laboral y el impacto en la salud, desencadenando factores de estrés, ansiedad y suicidio. Se realiza, además, un análisis que comprende el desempleo, la situación directamente relacionada con el área social y mental, pobreza y suicidio, visto desde las diferencias de género en el entorno familiar y la ubicación geográfica. Por último, se propone una agenda de investigación para próximos estudios.
