The present review article seeks to show a focus as the creation of a Cluster can contribute in the development of a city, in the case of Barranquilla and focuses mainly on two of them: health and logistics, trying to establish a holistic vision that is not intended to be a formal on this type of strategy speechIt’s a very particular view of the issue and its impact on the economy of this city. The methodology used is cutting hermeneutic for the analysis and interpretation of the information gathered.
