Construction the enemy of criminal law from the mass media

The right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint that is delivered in mass media can not overcome the studies a legislator has done to determine or not the need of interfering in some citizen’s behavior and impose some restrains to his freedom according to the Criminal Law. There should be a law that set up restrictions to mass media and make them respect the objectivity and impartiality of the facts released in a news, allowing the audience to make their own decisions regarding the news they read or watch on TV. Mass Media as a gravitational axis, an instrument in our government system, democracy, must be over all autonomous and independent from the power of oligopolies.
