This academic text is part of the field of public law from a synthetic but clear review of one of the most complex contracts in the country according to its legal status, and above all, due to its spectrum of application. This is undoubtedly , the special contracting of higher education institutions in our country The analysis is directed from the eminently legal review of the individual from the doctrinal, jurisprudential but mainly legal perspective and was promoted in the module "Special Contracts & International Contracts" developed in the Master's degree in administrative law advanced by the authors and gives an account of the structured training of this postgraduate course offered by the Free University of Colombia.
