This affirmation of Perogrullo, has bigger credibility in the field of laws, where some accept the existence of the cause, other deny it and a lot world any kind of references to it, thinking maybe that avoidance avoids disgusting consequences later. The real, concrete and real is that the cause operates in the civil, commercial and criminal law, and because of this it’s an unavoidable duty, for anyone who thinks having juridical knowledge, in the knowledge of this problematic, that of its complexity it’s very interesting.
